Our Trip to the Library

On Thursday we went to the Hutt Library. Some children read the librarians a few of the stories they had written about the library.

Here is one of their stories.

The library is important to us because we can relax there. You can also learn to read and write by going to the library. The library is important because you study there. Librarys are whisper places. You can borrow dvds there. Boys and girls can go there for free.The library is a quiet place to read. You learn things from books at the library. That is why books are important. Non fiction books are real and fiction books are not real. You put books back where they go. There is no running, yelling or fighting in the library. You can also use the computer at the library.
